What are the main features of the ground blowout preventer control device?
The ground BOP control device is an important equipment for controlling the wellhead BOP group, hydraulic throttle valve and kill valve, and is an indispensable device in drilling and operations.
1. The remote console is equipped with two sets of independent power sources.
2. According to the different configuration of the ground blowout preventer control device, provide electric oil pump, pneumatic oil pump or manual oil pump with different displacement.
3. The design of the accumulator group meets the control requirements of closing all the BOP groups and opening the hydraulic valve. The accumulator system is designed so that when one or a group of accumulators fails, its capacity loss is not more than 25% of the total capacity. Accumulators with inspection marks are available.
3. The control device with the air manual pressure regulating valve has the function of remote pneumatic pressure regulation. When the air source suddenly fails, the control pressure can be automatically restored to the initial set value. There is a backup pressure source interface on the control manifold of the remote console. Introduce a pressure source when needed.
4. Provide a nitrogen backup system as needed to provide emergency auxiliary energy for the control manifold. When the accumulator and/or pump device cannot provide enough power fluid for the control manifold, the nitrogen backup system can be used to provide the manifold with high pressure gas, in order to close the blowout preventer, the nitrogen backup system can also provide an emergency gas source for the drill floor and auxiliary console in an emergency.
