Cylinder Liner

Cylinder liner is the abbreviation of cylinder liner, which is embedded in the cylinder of the cylinder block and forms a combustion chamber together with the piston and cylinder head.

Cylinder liners are divided into two categories: dry cylinder liners and wet cylinder liners. Cylinder liners whose backs do not contact cooling water are called dry cylinder liners, and cylinder liners whose backs are in contact with cooling water are wet cylinder liners. The dry cylinder liner has a thin thickness, simple structure and convenient processing. The wet cylinder liner directly contacts the cooling water, so it is beneficial to the cooling of the engine and the small and lightweight of the engine.
